If you see a bug, which is a glitch of some sort wrong with the site. . . First off, make sure it's not your computer. Also, if you think it could possibly be something else, post it first in the Q&A section. If it is a bug from another site/program, you will be warned.

Yondaime, I think there is a better solution for this..
1) If it IS in fact just your computer, we will help you figure it out. 2) If you do not understand something about the error, post it in the Q&A forum. 3) If it is a bug from another site or program, you will get a warning, and if you do it more than once, a possible ban.
I think this my be easier to understand.
